He works directly with CxO-level leaders to navigate AI governance and security challenges, translating those conversations into practical architectures for the F5 customer base. James has been a Solution Architect at F5 for over 25 years. For the last 15, he partnered with Tier 1 service providers on 5G rollouts, virtualized network functions, SaaS-based application delivery, and more recently, their AI-focused application delivery — experience that now informs how he thinks about securing the next generation of AI-driven applications.
