With more than a decade of experience spanning product management, business strategy, and enterprise technology, Jalashri specializes in translating complex business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Under her leadership, AI adoption within Amgen's Competitive Intelligence organization increased more than 22-fold in just six months, growing active users from approximately 180 to over 4,000. Her initiatives reduced information discovery and research effort by 40% while improving AI response relevance by 30%, enabling Commercial, Medical, Brand, and executive teams to make faster, more informed, data-driven decisions.

Jalashri is passionate about helping organizations integrate AI into everyday business workflows responsibly and at scale.
