Prior to Ameriprise, Grace served as Director of Design Transformation at Newell Brands, where she architected a fully integrated, ERP-driven content supply chain built for generative automation at scale. Her technology ecosystem spanned the full content lifecycle, connecting Salesforce, Salsify, SAP, and Windchill for product data and workflow governance; Adobe AEM, WorkFront, Firefly Services, GenStudio, Fusion, and Substance for AI-powered creative production; and Frame.io for global review and collaboration across 60+ iconic consumer brands including Sharpie, Graco, Elmer's, Coleman, Yankee Candle, and Rubbermaid. She also led the implementation and integration of CGI rendering pipelines and collaborative robotics within photo and video production studios, enabling fully automated, high-volume asset creation at enterprise scale. The result: a centralized creative footprint, a 5× increase in creative content output YOY, 150% growth in new product development pipelines, and multimillion-dollar cost savings, alongside the transformation and relocation of a 160+ person global design organization.
