Emily Chapman is Legal AI Architect at DragonGC, where she spearheads issuer-focused research and AI-driven disclosure innovation. She leverages over a decade of securities law expertise from both Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, providing regulator-grade guidance on complex filings, rulemaking, and emerging areas such as cryptocurrency and cross-border offerings. A former SEC rulemaking contributor who presented directly to Commissioners, Emily also serves as a member of the Albany Law School Board of Trustees and is President of its National Alumni Association Board of Directors. She holds a J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School, an MBA from the University at Albany, and a B.S. in Finance and International Business from SUNY New Paltz.
