Elizabeth Stockton is the Director of Government Solutions at Overlap Holdings. Overlap is an early-stage venture firm, entirely focused on frontier tech. In this role, Elizabeth supports Overlap portfolio companies and non-portfolio companies in identifying and connecting with the right government offices for their business.

Prior to joining Overlap, Elizabeth spent four years in the Pentagon as a civilian, including as the Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy. This office managed billions in industrial base investments via the Defense Production Act and Industrial Base Fund. Before serving in government, Elizabeth worked in operating roles at hardware and software startups. She earned her Masters of Arts in International Relations from the University of St Andrews, and is an avid cyclist and squash player.
