Earle G. Hall is President and CEO of AXES.ai, creator of the world’s first cloud-native Intelligent Management System for land-based gaming. AXES replaces traditional legacy casino management systems with a real-time, blockchain-secured platform connecting gaming machines, financial transactions, player activity and operational endpoints. Its ecosystem delivers real-time fintech, cashless payments, regulatory compliance and AI-powered predictive intelligence. AXES has pioneered predictive responsible-gaming research using wagering telemetry and artificial intelligence to identify behavioral change before traditional indicators reveal potential harm.

Hall is a founding member and sitting board member of the Artificial Intelligence Research Hub—AiR Hub—at the UNLV International Gaming Institute. AiR Hub brings together industry leaders, researchers and policymakers to study the adoption, governance and responsible use of AI across global gaming. Its work includes the 2026 *State of AI in Gaming* report, which forms the foundation of Hall’s Ai4 presentation.

He is Co-Chair of the AI & Cybersecurity Policy Committee of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the International Gaming Standards Association’s Emerging Technologies Committee, an Emeritus Chairman of IGSA and an Emeritus Board Member of the Government Blockchain Association.

Hall is an internationally recognized human-behavior researcher and speaker whose multidisciplinary work spans psychology, leadership, neuroscience, behavioral change and natural medicine. His decades of independent study have shaped his research into how artificial intelligence and real-time wagering data can identify behavioral change and support predictive responsible gaming. A two-time TEDx speaker, he was named one of *Global Gaming Business* magazine’s “25 People to Watch.”

For more than three decades, Hall has led organizations across AI, gaming, fintech, blockchain, 3D digitization and enterprise systems. As President of Inspeck, he pioneered the development and commercialization of 3D digitization technology used in major film productions including *The Matrix*, *Pirates of the Caribbean* and *X-Men*.

At AXES.ai, Hall leads a global intelligent-management ecosystem operating across more than 40 countries and processing billions of wagering and transactional data points to support predictive analytics, anti-money-laundering controls, operational optimization and player protection.

Hall is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and holds a master’s degree in public administration. He taught graduate-level public administration for approximately a decade, holds an honorary doctorate and is completing a PhD focused on human behavior and natural medicine. In 2024, he received the United States President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for more than 4,000 hours of volunteer service advancing AI, blockchain, responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering initiatives.
