Daniel is a co-founder of the algorithmic trading hedge fund Tauroi Technologies. Prior to cofounding Tauroi Technologies, Daniel spent four years writing highly concurrent, highly reliable code for Pure Storage's data replication features and has a patent as the primary inventor for the integration of the Quality of Service Fairness with Replication. At Pure Storage he wrote software that was robust against unexpected failure conditions and that ran in a highly concurrent and performance sensitive environment. Daniel is an accomplished bridge player who became a life master at age 22 and won the World Bridge Federation Junior Online World Championship in 2019.
