Chris Bradley is Chief AI Officer at Veritiv, where he leads enterprise AI transformation initiatives focused on agentic AI, commercial innovation, and large-scale operational automation. A recognized innovation executive, entrepreneur, and inventor with more than 40 patents, Chris has spent over two decades helping global brands accelerate growth through design, technology, and systems thinking.

At Veritiv, Chris founded the AI Transformation Lab, an enterprise “agent factory” focused on deploying AI agents that augment human performance across sales, customer service, operations, and supply chain workflows. His work centers on practical enterprise adoption of AI, including computer-use models, human-agent collaboration, and scalable AI operating systems that integrate into legacy enterprise environments. Under his leadership, Veritiv has rapidly expanded its AI capabilities with a focus on measurable business impact, organizational adoption, and productivity amplification.

Chris is also the founder of the Sustainable Design Lab, a Silicon Valley-inspired innovation platform advancing sustainable packaging technologies, lifecycle analysis, and emerging material systems.
