About Carolina
Carolina Rodriguez is a PhD candidate in Business and Marketing at the Drucker School of Management, Claremont Graduate University, and founder of Custamor, a customer experience consultancy based in Southern California. She also serves as a Lecturer at California State University San Marcos, where she teaches Strategic Brand Management and Professional Development in the College of Business Administration. Drawing on nearly two decades of corporate retail and consumer goods experience, including leadership roles at Nixon Inc. and work with brands such as Gap Inc., Lucky Brand, and Guess, Carolina's research examines how human-AI service design shapes frontline employee identity, service authenticity, and customer-based brand equity. Her work reflects a core belief that customer love is a powerful driver of sustainable brand growth. At Ai4 Research Day, she will present her paper and poster, "Customer Love in the Age of AI: Human-AI Service Design and Brand Equity."
