Bryan Hong is the Director of People Ops & AI Services at Astranis Space Technologies, a venture-backed space startup manufacturing microgeostationary satellites to connect the unconnected. After joining as the founding Head of Talent and scaling the company through early hypergrowth, Bryan expanded his scope to lead People Operations & Systems while stepping into engineering to architect internal AI infrastructure. Today, he leads the end-to-end deployment of production AI solutions across People, Finance, and Legal - reclaiming hundreds of hours of manual effort and turning back-office G&A into the primary driver of company-wide AI transformation.
