Brian Peterson is the Co-Founder and CTO of Dialpad, the AI-native communications platform valued at $2.2B and backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Google Ventures, and T-Mobile. He leads Dialpad's engineering vision — building AI into the platform's infrastructure from the ground up, not layering it on top. Before Dialpad, Brian was a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where he helped build Google Voice. Under his technical leadership, Dialpad now processes 1.2 billion AI-enabled call minutes daily and has delivered over 775 million AI-generated conversation recaps. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
