Brad Criqui is the Global Head of Engineering & IT Operations at CBRE Investment Management. He leads the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable technology platforms that drive innovation and operational excellence across the firm’s digital ecosystem.

Currently, Brad is focused on architecting and scaling enterprise AI platforms and orchestration services, and advancing agentic engineering workflows across the full software lifecycle. This work is shaping a more autonomous engineering organization using agents to increase delivery velocity, improve clarity and decision quality, and amplify the impact of highly skilled teams while embedding risk management, security controls, and AI governance from prototype through production.

Before joining CBRE IM, Brad spent 15+ years delivering transformative technology solutions in fintech, payments, and enterprise services at Bank of America, Capital One, Solaris, and Ziosk. His background spans cloud-native systems, customer and enterprise applications, AI/ML-enabled services, and observability platforms establishing foundations for efficiency, resilience, and growth. Brad earned a B.S. in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
