Anuj Mehndiratta is a Partner at Thrive Capital, where he leads the firm’s efforts across product, engineering, data, and AI—building tools that transform the way the firm operates. He also heads the Portfolio Impact team which supports Thrive's portfolio companies with deep functional expertise across research, finance, operations, and go-to-market. In addition, Anuj helped to launch Thrive Holdings, a permanent capital vehicle that partners with businesses that can be transformed by the strategic application of technology to foster enduring growth over a long time horizon.

Before joining Thrive, Anuj was at Blackstone, where he helped build and ultimately led the firm’s data science team, working across its various private equity funds. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at Millennium Management. Anuj holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
