Anthony Moisant is Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Indeed. In his role, Anthony leads the global teams responsible for protecting Indeed’s marketplace, including cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, physical security, and enterprise systems. His work is centered on building trust while ensuring that Indeed’s services are resilient, reliable, and secure.

Anthony is also driving Indeed’s evolution into an AI-first company. He focuses on bringing secure and responsible AI into everyday workflows so teams can work smarter, move faster, and deliver better outcomes for job seekers and employers.

In addition to his role at Indeed, Anthony serves as an executive officer at Indeed’s parent company, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. In this capacity, he oversees security and information technology functions for Recruit’s HR technology strategic business unit.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Anthony has held leadership roles at Glassdoor, Tribune Media, and Sony Gracenote. He serves on the CXO Advisory Board of Sierra Ventures and is a graduate of Boston University’s CIO Executive Program and the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine School.
