About Amish
Amish Chadha is a senior technology and transformation executive with more than 25 years building AI and digital capabilities across manufacturing, engineering, and critical infrastructure. He currently serves as global technology strategy lead in the chief digital and technology officer's office at Kimberly-Clark, where he architected the company's AI Automation Factory: a production platform of more than 40 models and 125 use cases spanning manufacturing operations, supply chain, and R&D, anchored by a once-in-a-generation modernization investment.
A hands-on builder rather than an ivory-tower executive, Amish has delivered transformation on four continents and across 27 countries, including active conflict-zone operations. Throughout his career he has made a specialty of distressed portfolios and underdog teams, turning them into success stories. As sector chief digital officer at SNC-Lavalin, he led the turnaround of underperforming businesses, stood up new digital product ventures, and helped redefine how the engineering industry approaches digital delivery on its largest and most complex capital projects.
His work sits at the intersection of operational excellence and applied AI. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings deep grounding in equipment health, predictive maintenance, and the data and decision systems that keep production lines running. He serves as a board director and regional president for Canada with the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and as a standards committee member with IEEE. He also directs an AI neurotechnology program at OpenRatio, focused on behavioral modeling and model interpretability, and serves as chief risk officer at Helpful Engineering, a global engineering nonprofit.
Amish holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a dual bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Penn State, with additional technical certifications from Stanford and UC San Diego. He is recognized in the United States as a specialist of DIstinguished Ability in applied AI and advanced engineering.
His operating philosophy is simple: map the mess, build the machine.
