About Alina

Alina Rivilis is the CEO and co-founder of AI Future Leaders, an organization dedicated to advancing AI literacy by blending technology, leadership, and creativity. With more than 25 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and enterprise technology strategy, she helps organizations translate emerging AI technologies into real business value.

Alina currently serves as Director of Data Science & AI at Fairstone Bank of Canada, where she leads enterprise AI initiatives focused on responsible AI adoption, governance, and innovation. She also serves as part-time faculty at Northeastern University, teaching information systems management and artificial intelligence to the next generation of technologists.

Recognizing the growing gap between traditional education and the skills required in an AI-driven world, Alina founded AI Future Leaders. Through executive workshops, courses, and community initiatives, the organization equips professionals and students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to build, lead, and innovate with AI.

Alina holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from York University and an MBA in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix. A frequent speaker at conferences and international AI summits, she is recognized for her work in AI strategy, governance, workforce upskilling, and responsible AI adoption. A finalist for the 2025 Women in AI Awards (Private Sector), Alina is a strong advocate for responsible AI and inclusive innovation, helping organizations and communities prepare for the opportunities and challenges of an AI-driven future.
