Albert Milton, MCSD, is an AI Enablement Leader at Hitachi Energy, driving AI adoption across R&D by embedding agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted development and quality practices into teams, tools, and enterprise workflows.

Based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, Albert brings nearly two decades of experience across software engineering, test automation, quality assurance, and enterprise technology leadership. At Hitachi Energy, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including AI Enablement Leader, Global Quality Assurance Testing Manager, and Senior Architect / Lead in Test Automation. His work focuses on helping teams apply AI practically and responsibly to improve software delivery, accelerate quality engineering, and scale automation across complex enterprise environments.

Before Hitachi Energy, Albert worked as a Senior .NET Developer at Briggs Medical Supply Company and as a Senior Software Engineer at iGATE, contributing to projects for major organizations including Northwest Airlines, Thomson Reuters, and AAA Cooper. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Anna University and is certified as a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
