Adam Winer is the Founder of Veilion Inc., an enterprise AI company building a governed operating system for data, applications, business context, and AI agents.

With a background spanning enterprise software, manufacturing, defense, and data engineering, Adam has spent his career building systems that turn complex operational data into usable, scalable applications. Before founding Veilion, he worked with Volkswagen of America as a Field Data Specialist and Palantir Foundry developer, where he helped develop multiple systems supporting quality operations, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Adam previously served in the United States Marine Corps, where he worked in aviation supply operations and built database-driven tools to improve reporting, coordination, and operational efficiency. His experience across military, industrial, and enterprise environments shaped his belief that AI must be more than a chatbot, it needs to connect securely to real business data, understand organizational context, and help teams build software that can actually be deployed.
