Self-Healing Connectors: AI Agents That Fix Production Breakages Autonomously

We gave AI agents the authority to fix our production connectors on their own, while thousands of customer pipelines depended on them not getting it wrong. Upstream APIs change constantly, so we built a system that keeps 600+ connectors healthy autonomously: AI agents detect an issue, diagnose it, and ship the fix automatically. The hard problem turned out to be trust, not code generation. I'll show how we evaluate whether a fix actually works, where we keep a human in the loop and where we don't, and the progressive rollout system that lets an agent's change reach production without risking the whole product.
