Everyone talks about AI models as the brain. But brains don’t matter without a nervous system. The real question is: who builds and controls the infrastructure that lets AI sense, decide, and act in real time. That’s where telecom moves from connectivity provider to AI infrastructure company. I’ll talk about what it really means to build the nervous system for AI, and why the companies that get this right will define what AI can actually do.
