STEP 1

Apply To Attend

Attendees who meet all 5 criteria below are eligible for this free pass type…

1. Non-vendor organization
   Your company does not sell AI/tech products, consulting, integration, staffing, or related services to external customers. (Examples of eligible orgs: banks, financial services, healthcare providers, life sciences, retailers, manufacturers, energy, telecom, government, transportation, education, media/entertainment, insurance.)
2. Enterprise scale
   Your organization has 1,000+ employees (FTEs).
3. Senior decision authority
   You hold a Director, VP, SVP, C-suite, Head-of role, or Technical Role with budget authority or formal influence over AI/data/tech purchases.
4. Active buying intent
   You are evaluating or planning to purchase AI products/services for deployment within the next 12 months.
5. U.S. based
   You are based in the United States.

• Not everyone meeting all 5 criteria above will be approved. Our team reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

STEP 2

Get Approved By Our Team.

We’ll email you an update on the status of your application after it has been reviewed. If approved, you will be automatically registered to attend the event.

STEP 3

Pick Your Vendors

By accepting this pass type and attending the event, you agree to take a minimum of 6 meetings with select solution providers AND attend 1 other private, invite-only special event (ex. lunch, dinner, reception, etc.) when onsite through the Ai4 Match Program.

• In order for us to assign you these meetings, we must know which solution providers you are interested in meeting with.
• We will reach out in June explaining how to pick which solution providers you would like to meet with. You will be given 5 days to complete this.
• Failure to complete this requirement will result in the cancellation of your pass and you will have to purchase a pass instead if you still want to attend.

STEP 4

Take Your Meetings

After you select which solution providers you are interested in meeting with, the Ai4 team will reach out to you about 3 weeks before the conference with your preliminary meeting schedule.

• • You MUST attend all meetings and, if selected, any private, invite-only special event (ex. lunch, dinner, reception, etc.) that is assigned to you by the Ai4 team.
  • Each meeting is 15 minutes long.
  • Remain available from 11AM to 11PM PT on Tuesday and 6PM-11PM PT on Wednesday of the event for all meeting time slots and special events until you receive your final schedule.
  • Any meeting that is requested through the Ai4 app and set up outside of the Ai4 team does not count toward the Ai4 Match Program.
  • Failure to attend all of your meetings onsite or assigned special event may result in an invoice for the cost of your pass.
  • If you are assigned less than 6 meetings by the Ai4 team then you may be required to attend up to 3 private, invite-only special events onsite instead.
