Yes. By attending the conference you agree to all of the following: terms and conditions.
No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.
The networking app will not open until 2 weeks before the event. Once it does, download the app called “Ai4 – Artificial Intelligence Conferences” and login with the email you used to register with.
No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.
You can check your registration status by visiting this link and clicking “login” in the top right corner. Enter the email that you used to apply and click “Continue” then “Send magic link. Then, select “My Registration” in the left menu. In the meantime, check your spam folder for an application status update email from us.
If you applied for a startup or government pass then you will have to purchase your discounted pass after your application is approved. Your registration is not confirmed until you have purchased the pass. For the Enterprise AI Buyer applicants, you’re fully registered to attend after you are approved. However, you must select the solution providers you are interested in meeting with once we send out instructions in June. Failure to do so will result in your pass being revoked.

Yes, please email [email protected] the following information after you have registered and we can assist you with a visa invitation letter. If you are unable to obtain a visa on time, please let us know and we can offer a refund.
